A 6 year deal to CJ Wilson would seriously make me question why Rizzo is in charge. Just because you have money doesn't mean you HAVE to spend it.
Thankfully, the CJ Wilson rumors have been spelled for a bit. Its not that I think CJ is a bad pitcher, I just think he is a decent pitcher in a pretty average Free Agent class.
Lets not saddle ourselves with another huge contract we can't get rid of unless we know its for a legit stud (i.e. Mark Buerhrle.)

Also, if you really want a Centerfielder, Werth is just an O.K. option. I understand you want to bring Harper up, but I think you know Werth is not your Centerfield solution.
